Internal Sales Support Person

The role requires applicants to be already experienced with internal sales or customer administration support. Experience in Business to Business telesales will be a great advantage. The applicant must be customer focused, professional and accurate, have a working knowledge of Office Word and Excel, be computer literate and with a positive outgoing personality.
The successful applicant will work to assist our current sales team continue to build and maintain a long-term telephone sales relationship with our many existing customers and to manage and improve customer communication and satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will be to deal with all incoming customer’s requirements, including handling telephone price and quotation requirements, making outgoing calls to existing customers, accurate input of sales orders and providing customer’s information on delivery schedule information and product specifications, plus related supporting administration duties.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Salary is variable depending on experience.
Training will be provided on our cable product specifications and customer order process systems.
Career level required: Only applicants with prior experience of internal sales or customer administration support need apply.
Education required: CSE level or higher
